    • Handcrafted or artisanal nature of products
      Such variations are not considered defects.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Janvi Aika reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

Payment Methods

  • Prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select pincodes)

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received or COD order is successfully placed.

  • Janvi Aika reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Incorrect pricing or product information

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Customers cannot cancel orders once they are confirmed or processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the website and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government regulations are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Janvi Aika follows a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in cases explicitly mentioned in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

  • Exchanges are allowed only under specific conditions (such as incorrect size delivered).

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per the stated policy timelines.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD orders refused at delivery will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Janvi Aika reserves the right to:

    • Disable COD for users with repeated non-acceptance
