• Tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once dispatched.
  

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  

• If the order is returned due to:
  

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
    
  • Customer unavailable
    
  • Refusal to accept delivery
    

• Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
