Refund policy

At Janvi Aika, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds in the following exceptional cases:

1. Defective Product

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will initiate a refund after verification.
An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory to validate the claim.

2. Unfulfilled Exchange Requests

If an approved exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the requested size or product, a refund will be issued instead.

3. Extended Delivery Delays (Pre-Booking Orders)

For pre-booking or made-to-order items, if there is a significant delay beyond the communicated delivery timeline, a refund may be provided upon request.

4. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product that does not match your confirmed order, we will gladly process a refund after verification.
An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory for this claim.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding public holidays.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us ensure fair resolution while protecting the interests of all our customers.

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds are not applicable on customized, made-to-order, or discounted items. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only in specific cases and subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong size has been delivered

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date of delivery

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

Customers must record a full unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must clearly show:

  • Both sides of the sealed parcel

  • The shipping label

  • The seal being opened

Claims raised without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, and Janvi Aika will not be responsible for any loss or damage in such cases.

Return Process for Exchange

Once exchange request is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup. reverse picking up and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. 

Exchange Eligibility Conditions

  1. Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 working days of delivery

  2. Products must be:

    • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  3. Only one exchange is allowed per order
